🎉 TLC Gabon Celebrates 20 Years and Labour Day 2026

This year, TLC Gabon proudly celebrates its 20th anniversary: two decades of commitment, local expertise, and partnerships.

In this special anniversary year, May 1st was marked by team spirit, engagement, and conviviality at TLC Gabon.

The day began in Port-Gentil with the participation of our teams in the traditional Labour Day Parade.

Employees and management proudly represented TLC alongside local authorities, in the presence of the Governor and representatives from both the public and private sectors.

The celebrations then continued with activities dedicated to team cohesion and collaboration.

The program included:

• Interactive workshops focused on different communication styles
• Collaborative activities promoting listening and teamwork
• Creative challenges encouraging initiative and collective thinking
• Entertainment and quizzes centered around company culture

Each activity included prizes, bringing a spirit of challenge and positivity throughout the day.

Beyond the fun moments, this gathering was above all an opportunity to strengthen connections between colleagues and remind us that a united and committed team remains one of TLC’s greatest strengths.
