TLC Angola is pleased to announce the appointment of Edgar Leal as Husbandry Manager, effective July 24th.

Edgar joined TLC in September 2025 as Husbandry Project Manager and has since demonstrated strong expertise across the maritime and Oil & Gas industries, with a clear focus on operational excellence and customer care.

In his new role, Edgar will lead TLC Angola’s Husbandry activities, ensuring responsive and reliable support for vessels and crews, from visa and immigration formalities to crew changes and personnel assistance.
