A look back at TLC Conference 2026!

Last month, colleagues from across TLC’s international network came together in Switzerland for TLC Conference 2026, a special edition marking the Group’s 25th anniversary. 🎉

Over the course of one week, teams reflected on key priorities, shared experiences, and discussed the future of TLC around the theme: Quality, Efficiency & Autonomy.

The final day began at Domaine de Divonne with the closing sessions of the Conference. We then headed to Murten, Switzerland, for an afternoon of Viking games with Une-Bonne-Idée.ch, making the most of the Swiss heat wave! ☀️

The celebrations continued with a boat trip across Lake Murten towards Lake Neuchâtel, surrounded by stunning sunny views. ⛵ It was also an opportunity to reflect with our CEO Philippe Masserey on TLC’s 25-year journey: the steps that brought us here, our expansion across Africa, the Americas and the Caribbean, our commitment to compliance and QHSE, and the people who continue to shape the Group every day.

To close this memorable week, everyone gathered for a wonderful dinner at the five-star Hôtel Palafitte, built on stilts over Lake Neuchâtel. A very Swiss moment, complete with accordion and musical saw! 🇨🇭
