TLC SA Appoints Howie Frylinck as Namibia Country Manager, effective August 11, 2025

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Howie Frylinck has been appointed as TLC Namibia Country Manager based in Walvis Bay.

Howie has over 20 years’ experience in the freight forwarding & shipping industry. He specialized himself in project and strategic management within the energy and logistics sectors across southern Africa.
Prior to joining TLC, he held senior leadership roles at Pentagon Freight Services where he successfully led multi-disciplinary teams and delivered large-scale projects in complex environments.

His deep industry knowledge and commitment to excellence make him exceptionally well-suited to lead TLC’s growth in Namibia.

Howie’s appointment represents a key step in further strengthening our position in Southern Africa.
